Good tools for applying makeup is a must if you want your makeup to look perfect. 

Some tools are not affordable and brush sets can cost up to 100$ or more. There are some famous brands that are all over YT or beauty community. Some brands are less familiar but have really good pricing and great brushes that work so good and last a long time. 

Uvek preterujem kada je kupovina proizvoda za šminkanje u pitanju ili kupovina četkica. Činjenica da je u novembru "Crni petak" dodatno mi izvuče pare iz novčanika i kao po pravilu ovo je mesec kada najviše potrošim para, ali i mesec kada su najbolji popusti i kada možete da kupiti kozmetiku na sniženju. Ovaj mesec sam se ponovila i kada je šminka u pitanju, ali i kada su u pitanju četkice za šminkanje. 

Real Techniques is one of those brands that are familiar but over the time they are not mentioned on social media a lot. People know about them but you will hear a lot more about some other brands that have discount codes with particular influencers. Also, I think these days people talk more and more about high-end makeup and affordable brands are under the radar if they are not like Morphe.
Personally, I do not buy from this brand and I don't know if I ever will. When it comes to makeup tools brad I really like and support is Real Techniques. They make their brushes with makeup artists Sam and Nick from YT channel Pixiwoo. These brushes are affordable and amazing because every brush I bought from them lasts me for years and they always have some great holiday sets and new sets of brushes that are great value for your money.

Brend kom verujem i koji mnogo volim kada je alat za šminkanje u pitanju svakako je Real Techniques. Mislim da sam svoju prvu ozbiljniju kupovinu četkica vezala za njihov brend. Tada još nisu bili dostupni u Srbiji, ali sam uspela da kupim par četkica preko sajta iherb.com. Danas su dostupni kod nas, u DM radnjama, ali i na zvaničnom sajtu gde možete poručiti četkice i platiti pouzećem ili karticom. Uvek imaju akcije i popuste, tako da često možete naći povoljne setove četkica. Ovo je drugi set koji naručujem sa njihovog sajta i ovaj put poštarina je bila besplatna, a set sam platila oko 2900 dinara. 


The new addition to this bran is a set of brushes and sponge that is called everyday essential -  set that should provide all you need for everyday makeup.
This set comes with 4  brushes and one makeup sponge. These brushes are not new but the design of them is - colors are new and brushes are slightly different than original once.
This set is great for beginners because you can learn how to work with some brushes and recognize the difference between dense brushes for foundations or loose brushes we use to apply powders.
Also, if you never used makeup sponges this is a great way to try RT sponge I really love and use all the time.
Brushes now have numbers and some of them are little different than old once I have.

The biggest brush in this is RT400 or previously known as Blush brush. It is the same as original one, in shape and form and as they say on packaging this brush has a tapered, soft and fluffy bristles for applying powder blush for a smooth natural look.
I must agree with everything they say on the packaging because for sure this has become one of my favorite brushes for applying blushes. I heard before that people say this brush is too big, but for me, it is perfect and so, so, so soft and so nice for blending blush on your cheeks that I must say I do not need any other blush brush after this one.

Set koji sam ovaj put uzela je novi u kolekciji RT i sastoji se od 4 šetkice za šminkanje i sunđera. U setu su četkice koje je ovaj brend razvio na samom početku, ali su sada redizajnirane i drugačije obeležene. Ako niste do sada znali brend RT sarađuje sa dve poznate britanske šminkerke Sam i Nik, koje imaju YT kanal Pixiwoo. One su idejni tvorci iza ovih četkica i ako pratite njihov rad možete biti sigurni da one znaju koje četkice su potrebne pri šminkanju i zašto su kreirane na određen način.

Mislim da me je novi dizajn najviše privuakao ovom setu - boje samih četkica su lepe, a i dalje su četkice po bojama podeljene u kategorije.
Pored ovog seta u prodaji je i njihova preznična kolekcija koja je takođe divna i u ponudi je mnoštvo novih setova četkica koje su srebrnih drški i bojama koordinisane. U tim setovima možete naći i neke nove četkice, koje do sada nisu postojali u ponudi, a cene su im oko 3000din.
Set koji vam predstavljam se zove Everyday essentials i treba da sadrži u sebi četkice koje će vam omogućiti kompletnu šminku. Ja sa samo četiri četkice teško mogu da se našminkam skroz, jer bi mi falila bar 2-3, ali za početnike ili one koji se ne šminkanju puno ovo je odlična prilika da probaju četkice i  upoznaju se sa ovim brendom ako do sada nisu.


Second one RT200 is Expert foundation brush and this one you can also buy as an individual brush - and I have two of those. I must say that this one is slightly different than the original one I have because bristles are shorter and denser and I think this brush is more flattened at the end of the handle where bristles are starting.
RT describes this brush: firm bristles buff liquid or cream foundations to a glowing finish. Every day I use a sponge for applying foundations but when I tried this brush again I really like it and I remembered how much I loved it before and why this is the third one I have. This is the brush that will never leave streaky look on your skin, that blends foundation like a dream, but when it comes to washing it - it is real pain. Use solid soap if you want to clean it completely and do not use it more then 2 times if you want to clean it easily.

Četkica koja mi se posebno svidela nakon samo par korišćenja jeste RT 400 ili Blush brush, koja je kao što joj ime kaže namenjena nanošenju rumenila. Četkica je dosta velika i često sam šlušala komentare koji joj upravo to zameraju, ali za mene ona je savršeno oblikovana i baš zato što je velka i ima jako mekane, rastresite i fleksibilne dlačice, ona je za nanošenje rumenila savršena, jer uspe da pokupi proizvod, ali zbog toga što je toliko pufnasta ne nanosi ga samo na jendo mesto, već rumenilo lepo sjedini sa kožom i dobijete prirodni efekat na obrazima. 

Druga četkica u  setu  je RT 200 ili Expert foundation brush, koja je stara - nova četkica za nanošenje pudera. Zašto kažem stara - nova četkica? Ja već imam dve ovakve četkice, jer su stvarno najbolji za nanošenje tečnog pudera na lice, ali četkica u ovom setu se razlikuje od druge dve koje imam u samom obliku i dužini vlakana. Ova četkica je odlična za nanošenje tečnih pudera, jer ne ostavlja trag vlakana i prelepo ga sjedini sa licem. Ja sad svaki dan koristim njihov sunđer za šminkanje za nanošenje pudera, ali iskreno od kad sam kupila ovaj set i ponovo probala ovu četkicu često posegnem baš za njom. U odnosu na orignalnu četkicu ona je drugačije sečena i vlakna su malo kraća, pa je nekako još lakša za korišćenje i jako lako njom uspete da nanesete puder na lice.


Next brush is RT 300 Deluxe Crease - also one of the staples in their collection. This brush as usually used for concealers and this is why they have this brush in sets for face and as a concealer brush. I have that concealer brush and even though they look similar these brushes are different because the deluxe crease brush is softer, has longer bristles and round shape. It is so flexible and I like it for cream products but also for all over the lid colors. 

One more brush in this set id RT 402 Setting Brush - small pointed brush with super soft bristles that are perfect for setting powders under your eyes but also this is the perfect brush for the highlighter and I use it like that all the time. This was one of the brushes I wanted to buy on their own but when I saw it in this set I knew this will be mine. 




The last item in this set is RT makeup sponge - orange one that is now familiar to all of us makeup lovers. I always use this blender because it is super affordable and I can buy it online easily. Also if you take care of it - it can last up to 6 months. 
I must say that they tear apart easily now when they have that RT sign on them but still I think they are super for the money you are paying and they perform great on the face.
